Directions for Use

Clean and dry the skin thoroughly before applying the spray. Remove any oils, lotions, or dirt.

Spray a light, even layer over the area where the tape will be applied.

Allow the spray to dry for approximately 30–60 seconds until slightly tacky.

Apply binding or tucking tape as directed, rubbing once applied to activate the adhesive.

Allow the tape to set for several minutes before activity or sweating.

Tip: For best results, apply tape to clean, dry skin and avoid touching the adhesive side before application.

Directions for Use
Apply the adhesive remover along the edges of the tape or directly onto the taped area.
Allow it to soak in for 30–60 seconds so it can begin breaking down the adhesive.
Slowly peel the tape away, applying more remover as needed to loosen stubborn areas.
Clean the skin with warm water and mild soap after removal if desired.
Moisturise the skin afterwards to help keep it healthy.
Tip: Remove tape slowly and gently, supporting the skin with one hand while peeling with the other to minimise irritation.
