Follow the below instructions on how to measure for your binder:
Please do not go off your Tshirt size
There are 3 measurements needed in total.
Take the following 3 measurements using a measuring tape:
1- The bust of your chest (breasts)
2- The top of your chest (above the bust)
3- Lower chest (below the bust)
Without clothing on, including bras, take the measuring tape right around your body. Do not pull it too firmly.
All 3 measurements are required.
Compare each measurement to the size chart, then use the average of the three to determine your final size.
